Today, the second anniversary of my ringing the gong at St. Mary hospital.. ending my radiation, and declaring me cancer free.. was a series of highs and lows.
So I went to walk off my mood on my secret trail in the woods.. and thanked God for his gift of my life.
And kept reminding myself.. to stop getting pissed off at the small stuff this day has brought.
